FAQ's
What is the youngest age you teach pottery wheel throwing?
- 11 years old for the Mini Wheel Throwing class (3 classes) - 15 years old for Beginning and Continuing Wheel Throwing class (7 weeks) Because of the hand strength, focus and patience required, we don't offer the 7 week wheel throwing lessons for anyone under 15 years of age. However, we do offer a mini wheel throwing class (3 classes ) for 11 years on up. Hand-building class is available for all ages and is a great activity for families, couples - date night - or a girls night out.
Would you fire pieces made outside of class?
At this time we are only firing pieces made by students.
I'm an experienced potter, can I just pay to use your studio?
At this time we do not have the space to rent out our studio, and must limit our space for students to learn and experiment. We also do not allow "production pottery," as in work to sell.

Learning to throw on the wheel in the 8 week class has been so much fun! Veronica is a great teacher and the studio is wonderful and welcoming. Can wait to continue learning pottery here. Will definitely be taking more classes and would recommend it to anyone with an interest in learning!
